Room price is including:

- breakfast
- VAT
- internet connection
- parking space;

There is also the option of adding extra bed in a room which costs 20 EUR per day.

Living Room (10:00 - 18:00):

• Rooms with double or separate beds - 35 EUR
• VIP suite - 60 EUR

Payments can be made in cash, in dinars compared with Euro value on the arrival date, according to the selling rate of ProCredit Bank Belgrade.
City tax is not included in price and it costs 140 RSD.
Insurance of the guest also is not included in the price and it costs 20 RSD.

The notice period is 24 hours of booking.
If the guest does not show up, and the reservation is not canceled in time, the first night will be charged.
Time for checking in to Villa is from 14:00h and time for checking out is 12:00h.
Payment can be made by credit cards: AMEX, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, DINERS.
